How long does delivery take?
Usually 5–8 days. It is an estimate rather than a promise — carriers and customs occasionally add a few days.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Free on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you post from?
Sweden. Everything is packed and posted by us.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
Not within the EU. Outside it, your own country may add import VAT, duty or a handling fee when the parcel arrives, payable by you on top of the order. Those amounts are set by your authorities, so we cannot quote them in advance.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country appears at checkout, we can send there.
What size should I take?
Our knitwear runs small. Take the size above the one you normally wear. Every product page lists the fit, and many list the garment measurements in centimetres, under Fit & sizing. There is more in the size guide.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. Email us at kontakt@knitloomwear.com with your order number first, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
Try it on as you would in a shop — that is what the 14 days are for. We only ask that it comes back with the tags on, unwashed and not worn out of the house; beyond that we have to reduce the refund by what the wear has cost the piece. Return postage is yours to arrange; we cover it if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Full terms are in our refund policy.
How do I look after a knit?
Hand wash cold, or machine wash on a wool cycle. Reshape it while damp and dry it flat. Never tumble dry a knit — it is the fastest way to lose the shape.
What is it made of?
The fibre composition is listed under Material & care on each product page, and on the label sewn into the garment.
