Your use of this site and any purchase you make are governed by our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Where those documents and this notice differ on a point, the specific document governs.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Knit & Loom name and logo, and all photography, product imagery, text, layout, design and source code on this site, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and are owned by us or used under licence.

No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, framed, or used commercially in whole or in part without our prior written permission. This applies in particular to our product photography, which may not be reproduced on marketplaces, resale listings, social media accounts or competing storefronts. We pursue infringement.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notice.

4. ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We take care over the information on this site but do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error. Product descriptions, measurements, availability and prices may change without notice. Screen rendering of colour varies by device.

8. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT OR ABUSE

9. CONSUMER DISPUTES

Please raise any complaint with us first at kontakt@knitloomwear.com. If we cannot reach agreement, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se). We follow ARN's recommendations. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU may contact their national European Consumer Centre.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by Swedish law, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
