These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Knit & Loom ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. PRODUCTS, IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen depend on your display and settings and may differ slightly from the garment itself. Product imagery is illustrative; minor variations in shade, texture and finish are inherent to knitted goods and are not defects.

Measurements and sizing guidance are approximate and provided as a guide only.

3. PRICES

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes payable in the destination country.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when the order is accepted. Where a price or product detail is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply at that price — see section 4.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, at any time before dispatch — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was obviously wrong, where we cannot deliver to your address, where payment is not authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled items in full. That refund is our entire liability to you in respect of a cancelled order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.

6. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. USE OF THE SITE

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data by automated means, or use it to place fraudulent or speculative orders.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including the Knit & Loom name, logo, photography, product imagery, text, layout and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remains our property or that of our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use any of it commercially, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. This expressly includes reproduction of our product photography on marketplaces, social media accounts or competing storefronts.

9. USER CONTENT

Where you send us photographs, reviews or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm that you own it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

11. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, industrial action, power or network failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Where we link to external sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Changes do not apply retrospectively to orders already accepted.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
